SwimTeamer is made by people who swim, coach, and volunteer on the boards it's built for — not by a company that discovered Masters swimming last quarter.
HOW WE GOT HERE
We've spent a long time in club sports — as swimmers, coaches, board treasurers, records officers, and (more than once) meet directors. Long enough to watch the tools change every few years and the complaints stay exactly the same.
The website broke. The waiver went missing. Entries lived in a spreadsheet that lived in one person's laptop. Nobody could find the bylaws. The site someone's kid built worked right up until they left for college.
So we built the platform we always wanted — from inside that reality, not sold into it. Every feature earns its place by solving a problem a real board has already lived through.
We're a small team that still swims most mornings and answers its own support email. That's the whole story.
THE LONG COURSE
It lands on whoever can't say no, and it breaks the season they finally step down. Software should survive the handoff, not depend on it.
This work happens after a full workday, on a phone, in a pool parking lot. If a screen needs training, it's already wrong.
Records, rosters, waivers, and bylaws can't live in one person's spreadsheet. When someone moves on, nothing should move on with them.

Full export any time — no formats we invented, no lock-in, no hostage-taking. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Not on your site, not on your receipts, not in the emails we send your members. You paid for the platform; you should never be the product.
We migrate every page, every photo, every link. If a URL from your old site exists, it has a home on the new one.
The rate is the rate, and the rate is on the receipt. We don't take a cut on top of Stripe, and we don't upsell at checkout.
