ABOUT · 22 YEARS ON DECK
SwimTeamer isn't the first attempt at software for Masters swimming — but it's the first one written by people who swim, coach, and volunteer on the boards they're building for.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Our founder has spent twenty-two years on pool decks — as a swimmer, a coach, a board treasurer, a records officer, and (twice) a meet director. The tools kept changing. The complaints didn't.
The site broke. The waiver PDF went missing. Entries lived in a spreadsheet that lived in one person's Dropbox. Nobody could find the bylaws. Somebody's kid built the site in 2014 and then left for college.
In 2023 we started building the platform we always wanted. In 2025 the first clubs signed on. In 2026 we're bringing whole LMSCs across. The plan is boring — one calm place, built by swimmers, for swimmers.
That's it. That's the story.
WHAT WE HOLD TO
Full export any time. No formats we invented, no lock-in, no hostage-taking. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Not on your site. Not on your receipts. Not in the emails we send to your members. You paid for the platform; you should not be the product.
The rate is the rate. The rate is on the receipt. We do not take a cut on top of Stripe. We do not upsell at checkout.
We do not chase trends. Every feature earns its way in by solving a problem three boards have already asked us about.
We migrate every page, every photo, every link. If a URL from your old site exists, it has a home on your new one.
Every screen is designed for the person doing it after a full workday, on a phone, in a parking lot. If it takes training, it is wrong.
WHO BUILDS THIS
We are a small engineering team based in Michigan. Between us we hold coaching certifications, board seats in two LMSCs, and a lifetime combined 800+ meets on deck. We build in the open, ship weekly, and answer support email ourselves.
Thirty minutes. Your current site. Our answers to whatever the board has asked and we did not cover here.
